This page explains the commercial usage rights for FaceFig AI-generated portraits. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Only your own portrait — or portraits of individuals for whom you have obtained written consent — may be used commercially.
Paid plans (starter, pro, team, and purchased credit packs) include a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license for AI portraits generated from your own likeness, or from the likeness of individuals for whom you have obtained express written consent. Free tier outputs are licensed for personal use only and may not be used commercially.
You are eligible for the commercial license if you hold an active paid subscription or have purchased credits. The commercial license only covers your own portrait and portraits of individuals for whom you have obtained written consent. A free-tier account does not include commercial usage rights.
With a commercial license you may use generated portraits for: personal branding and social media, marketing and promotional materials, profile pictures for business platforms, and other lawful commercial purposes — provided the depicted individual is yourself or a person who gave written consent.
You may not: generate real identifiable people without consent; use trademarks or brand logos without authorization; use outputs for defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, or illegal purposes; or resell generated portraits as stock imagery or deepfakes. Any commercial use of another person's likeness without written consent is strictly prohibited.
The commercial license remains valid while your subscription or purchased credits are active, and covers images generated during that period. If your subscription ends or credits expire, you may continue to use images you previously generated and downloaded under the terms in effect at the time of generation.
This Commercial License Agreement is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit before a competent court in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
